Right-click an image on the poster layout that came with the template. ![]() Click on any graphic elements, such as clip art, on the second page and press the “Delete” key to remove them. If you want a one-sided poster, you can simply highlight all of the text on the second page and press the “Delete” key. Repeat until you have placed all of your text on the poster’s pages. You can also copy text from another Word document or other program and paste it in. Highlight a block of placeholder text included on the brochure and type over it with your own poster details. Type your preferred poster size into the Width and Height boxes, then click “OK.” Note that Word adjusts the two pages of the brochure layout and everything on it. Click the “Paper” tab, then scroll the “Paper size” menu to Custom. Click “More Paper Sizes” to open the Page Setup window. Click the “Page Layout” tab, then click the “Size” button. ![]()
